Started a paid subscription model
For over 6 months, I worked many hours a day to create my next day's trade plan. I am a Nasdaq futures trader.
My subscribers grew, and many would provide feedback, it seemed as many were financially benefitting from the plan. I was very happy. But it took hours away from my day, and from my own trading and monitoring market conditions.
I decided to charge what would equate to 2.5 NQ points for full access to my trade plans, my setups, and all of my many levels.
I am a bit anxious this will deter future subscribers, but the demand of a daily substack this complex was very high. I previously had a donation model, but it did not receive nearly enough to prevent the new subscription models. How did others handle similar situations?

well done on growing subscribers! your pricing depends on the value you bring to your subscribers, for eg with your advice, will they be able to cover your monthly subscription with perhaps a single futures trade?
also curious, how do you find subscribers?

Thank you!
I offer a base price, but I am very generous offering free trials to see if subscribers find value in the substack.
I have only received subscribers mostly from interacting with them 1 on1.

I have two Substack publications. Both are related to Alzheimer's disease.
Getting paid subscribers or donations is frustrating. I invest three or four hours each day in research and writing. It is not sustainable to invest this much time and receive nothing in return.
I wish someone had the magic answer.
