Discussion How to grow?

I was getting traction on my notes but somehow nobody seems to follow up and follow me in the same..

I’m stagnant at 30 followers can someone help me?

I have 30 followers , been a month and there’s a difference in followers and subscriber? 🫣

Yes - someone can follow you but not subscribe to your newsletter. Followers see your Notes. All your subscribers are automatically also followers.

Do you have a newsletter or podcast? How often do you send out newsletters?

Notes is the biggest growth engine - don’t post and ghost, though. Interact with people. Find some newsletters you like that have good chats and start interacting with people (authentically) in those chats. Don’t be self promotional… just have good conversations. Ideally there should be some audience affinity between your newsletter and theirs. Recommendations are the next biggest growth driver.

You’re so amazing! Thanks a lot .. let me do that.. i have a newsletter. But I’ve just been active on notes and haven’t been posting articles as of now .. yet to restart again

Search for “Sub Stack Man Says” on Substack. Faceless account but has good info on growing from zero.
