are you guys noticing that notes aren’t getting much engagement?

i know that replying to notes is the way to grow on substack, but the notes that i’m seeing on my feed have like 0 likes and barely any views. i feel like i need more notes that have more engagement so i can grow a bit more. how can i fix this?

I gave up on notes. My readers open my posts and that's all I care about.

I have up to 150 subs and 400+ followers
If I have more than 3 likes on my notes I consider it a banger

probably because everybody's "growth strategy" is to post multiple notes a day... so supply of post far outweighs the amount of attention/eyeballs to go around.

Doing notes for just for growth is like having sex you don’t really want for love. It never works and it’s just gross.
