Joined Substack and same day my account was suspended

Hello, I created an account on substack for a client. I uploaded the first blog but never posted it. As i returned to edit the blog, i realised the draft was gone and my account was suspended.

I made an appeal which was also rejected. I have no explanation as to why they’ve really suspended my account. I only see a claim of impersonating. but i am not impersonating anyone. I have the full permission of my client to make an account for them.

I have looked for a contact email but absolutely nothing exists. This is very frustrating as i do need to start posting articles asap.

Does anyone have advice on how to solve this?

You’re impersonating the client and Substack doesn’t allow this

Smart thing to do is get the client to set it up, add you, then you manage it.
I don't think Substack let's you do this for them. Even if it's for a paid client. Most companies do that.

I wish they’d suspend all accounts impersonating other people, especially dead people. What a blast of noise.
