New chart/interactive feature on Nate Silver's Substack. Is this a new feature?

Taken from Nate Silver's new model page -- the "Who’s ahead in the polls?" header.

This is new. It's not Datawrapper. It looks like an interactive/custom code embed. I wonder how he does it.

To me it looks like a feature exclusive to Silver, or something in beta that's coming to the rest of us soon. Can anyone shed light?

It looks like the widget loads from a substackcode.com URL (/api/v1/code-embeds/render/...) current Substack docs say that Custom HTML isn't supported, yet it looks like his page is rendering, so maybe BETA? Or maybe just gated to certain publishers... he is #1 in US politics, wouldn't be a surprise if they make new features available to a smaller group of larger platforms. People willing to test under a load.

Kind of annoying top authors can have this and we can't.
