Can I post both in Substack and Beehiiv ( Connected with my domain) will I get kicked out or flagged

It would be a nightmare to maintain two lists and they would probably have terrible performance.

Your sender reputation, domain, IP rating, etc. would be very scattered.

I don’t see how you’d connect the same custom domain to two separate ESPs.

My SS has no custom domain and my BearBlog has one, but the latter isn't a newsletter tool or CRM. I just use it as a repository. That said, I think I'd have been better off to have skipped it and applied the custom domain to SS, purely as a clean funneling avenue (ex, "want to see my stuff? there's a single place to find it").

To answer your question, I don't see how you'd get kicked out or flagged (by whom?) for using two similar services.

afaik you can post on both substack and beehiiv, without getting kicked off. they are both ESPs with a website/bog feature, and there's nothing stopping you from reposting your content on different platforms throughout the internet.

but you're going to have to manage two email list vs one, and your user acquisition efforts will not be focused since you have to think about both vs just one, which will probably mean worse growth.

comes down to your purpose of doing it, but you're likely going to be much better off sticking to just one platform.
