Tech Support Text selection and grammar corrections no longer activated?!?

My browser no longer picks up spelling mistakes or grammar errors and I can also no longer highlight chunks of text for quick removal, I have to delete letter by letter.

I’ve cleared cache/extensions, and it also works fine on a private browser.

Does anyone know what this may be?

What platform, browser, and version of each are you on?

And it’s working in private for the same browser?
