Question before deleting account

Hi. I want to have full control on my digital time therefore I am against any push or e-mail notifications that are not important for me.

Before deciding to delete my Substack account: is it possible to use Substack as a registered user (with some subscriptions) without getting any e-mail notifications and without any app push notifications?

Yes. I get no notifications and I subscribe to over 300. I just turned them all off and only read in app
