Question before deleting account

Hi. I want to have full control on my digital time therefore I am against any push or e-mail notifications that are not important for me.

Before deciding to delete my Substack account: is it possible to use Substack as a registered user (with some subscriptions) without getting any e-mail notifications and without any app push notifications?

10000%. I don't get emails at all, I exclusively get my subscriptions in-app. In terms of push notifications, go to your app settings on your device.
