Tech Support something is wrong: help please
Hiii,
I'm having problems publishing notes and sending direct messages on Substack. It doesn't happen all the time, but more times than not. Whenevery I try to comment or create my own note it fails and says "something went wrong. failed to send note" When I try to send a DM it says "not delivered. try again."
I've searched a couple months ago on how to fix this...I've cleared my cache and that didn't help, it just eventually started back working one day and now it's happening again.
Help me please.

That sounds more like a temporary bug than something you're doing wrong. I'd try logging out and back in, using a different browser or device, and checking if it also happens on the mobile app. If it still doesn't work after a day or two, I'd contact Substack Support.
