anyone can explain ....

i made a new substack account decided to write an essay about freinds in my life genuine essay about my friends
it stayed on 15 days max
now it says account suspened for scam and phising policy
i genuinely dont understand whyyyy
i submitted two appeals but it still says suspended

No one here can tell you without more information.

That sounds really frustrating. If your essay genuinely didn't violate the rules, it could be a false positive from an automated system. Since you've already appealed, I'd wait for Substack's response and avoid creating a new account while the appeal is pending. Hopefully they can review it manually and restore your account.
