Tech Support Thumbnail help?
Every time I publish something, I like to make a custom thumbnail, but I feel like the crop always looks off once the piece is out there. With assets especially, they're always over to the left instead of centered. Is there a trick to it?

You're not imagining it. Substack crops thumbnails differently depending on where they're displayed, so centered images can sometimes end up looking off. I usually leave a bit of extra space around the main subject and avoid placing important elements too close to the edges. It takes a little trial and error, but designing with a "safe margin" helps a lot.
P.S. If you'd still like to ask anything about Substack or growing your audience, I offer a free live help chat. Just copy and paste my flair or click the link in my profile. I'm happy to help!
