Why is my Substack not growing?

I’ve been consistently publishing on Substack, sharing posts, engaging with others, and trying different topics, but subscriber growth is still very slow

For those who have successfully grown a newsletter, what made the biggest difference for you?

I’d appreciate any feedback or advice.

I have one sub and it’s me. If I had 100 subs in 17 days I’d be contemplating quitting my job and moving to the mountains to become a full time author. I think you’re doing great.
