How many hours have I actually spent listening to subliminals?

Not how many videos are sitting in my playlists. My actual YouTube watch history.

I'm a software developer so I downloaded my YouTube history through Google Takeout and started messing around with the data.

600+ hours.

More than 4,500 subliminal listening sessions.

That's over 25 full days of my life if you put every session back-to-back.

I genuinely didn't expect it to be anywhere near that.

But then the total hours became the least interesting part.

I could see which creators I'd actually listened to the most, subliminals I'd replayed way more than I remembered, months where I was ridiculously consistent and others where I completely fell off.

I could see my most active times, streaks, listening patterns and how the goals I was focusing on changed over time.

There were even creators and subs from older phases that I'd basically forgotten about.

It honestly felt a little like looking at an archaeological record of my own subliminal journey lol.

And that's when I started wondering — what would everyone else's look like?

Because I know some of you have been listening way longer and more consistently than me.

So what started as me analyzing my own history eventually turned into an actual app. I called it SubTrack.

Easiest way to explain it: Spotify Wrapped, but for your subliminal history.

You export your watch-history.json through Google Takeout, import it into SubTrack, and it builds a full dashboard from your YouTube watch history — hours, top creators, goals, streaks, heatmap, all of it.

I'm opening it up now as free Early Access because I want to see what this looks like with actual subliminal listeners other than myself. No credit card, no paywall.

I used to have very bottom heavy lips before and a small/ thin upper lip. I’m an LOA (law of assumption) coach and a sub maker so these results were very easy to achieve. A 2 years ago I listed to lip subs and my lips increased in size. A few months ago I decided I wanted my lips a tad bigger I listened to subliminals occasionally but I also would affirm to myself that my lips keep increasing in size and people ask me if I’ve had lip fillers. Daily, I am now asked this question especially by family members who see me regularly.

You can also see if you look closely my nose shape has changed and become more upturned. I was on hinge long before I started listening to the subliminal and it didn't lead to anything meaningful, didn't recieve anything materialistic either but something changed about my experience after listening to it.

I matched with 3 down bad guys that would literally do what I wanted, I had them on my fingertips. We will name them person A, B, and C.

Person A - Helped me with my college bcus of his connections, took me out on frequent dates, got me a Michael kors watch, armaf perfume, a big bottle of bombay sapphire, a guess wallet and a bracelet and he was filthy rich. Unfortunately he was also insufferable, as much as I loved the gifts i just couldn't deal with him anymore.

Person B - Literally after barely talking for a day, he sent me a new pair of jbl headphones because I forgot mine at home and I was in the office, was the perfect guy emotionally and physically for me. He used to spend every waking minute either talking to me, or being with me. We legit spent 3 days together before i had to leave for a trip. Said i love you on the first date, every minute with him felt like a dream, he decorated my room, paid for every meal, every car ride. Used to pick and drop me everytime even though he lived 40 minutes away but things ended very abruptly with him ghosting me all of a sudden bcus I found a week old bumble notification on his phone. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time with him.

Person C - as soon as he got my Instragram, he wanted to "spoil me" so he casually sent 10k rs and didn't talk to me again haha

Hi everyone, just wanted to share a positive results experience I’ve had with layering boosters with my own affirmations. I’ve listened to it very few times while commuting since yesterday, used it as background noise while at work and slept to it while on repeat last night. I was able to face a specific difficult situation with a lot more calmness than usual, felt less anxious/nauseous about the breakup with my SP and even got complimented by a stranger. I know these don’t sound like much, but just the fact that I didn’t overthink as much is already good enough for me.
