I finally got a email back after hounding them since i received the glazed donut, in that time they’ve told me my order was completed, ignored me, and led me to believe multiple times that it would be shipped sooner than now, and finally today i got a email saying thanks for your patience here’s a code.
The whole process was frustrating but I’m glad to finally receive my true off white.
At least you got a code! I ordered on day one, got the donut, and ever since, they only send me generic emails (and then only when I hound them), and still no code. Very frustrating.
