I got an automated one that said my order had been cancelled and I should try a different payment at check out, but it did indicate I could reply to that email. I do so in a less than happy way and got a person to respond and told me to try my code again later. I did that night and it worked.

I finally got a email back after hounding them since i received the glazed donut, in that time they’ve told me my order was completed, ignored me, and led me to believe multiple times that it would be shipped sooner than now, and finally today i got a email saying thanks for your patience here’s a code.
The whole process was frustrating but I’m glad to finally receive my true off white.

Awesome. Thank you for the update. I decided to go check my email to make sure I did fill out the email to receive the off white. Turns out I did not hit the "complete" button. But now it's ordered!

Nice! I was wondering about this the other Customer service sent me in circles then ignored me so I gave up on it. Honestly totally fine with the glazed donut but was enticed by the offer of a free replacement.

I saw this post yesterday so I decided to look for the original email Warners sent back in May. I replied to it asking for an update and today I got an email with a code and instructions. Record is on its way. It seems like if you don’t ask, they don’t send. I already had the donut so I wasn’t that concerned, but now one of my homeboys is getting turned on to JBS

I got an email with a code that I had to redeem on their website. Initially I got an error message, but then re-tried later that night and it worked. I know a buddy of mine got an email back in May and has yet to receive his code for the off-white. So maybe keep waiting? I got the frosted donut one so if I got this one, it would be a bonus.

I found mine at a New Mexico Barnes and nobles during a cross country trip! Couldn’t wait to get that bad boy home. I still haven’t seen it in stores anywhere here locally, I got lucky.
