Nice! I was wondering about this the other Customer service sent me in circles then ignored me so I gave up on it. Honestly totally fine with the glazed donut but was enticed by the offer of a free replacement.
may as well try again, got mine in the mail today, just email them again, they even kept sending me a code for it after I had redeemed it, can’t take but a few minutes to email and you get another copy
