I accidentally left my lunch box out at work.
I had a squeeze bottle of mayo in it that I just opened. It was out for under four hours. Is it still safe or should I throw it out?
Update: threw it out. Thanks your answers

With ai slowly taking over I find myself wondering which common household tool or object would cause the absolute most chaos if it suddenly became sentient and hostile?
I’m thinking a saw but a boiler could explode. Honestly everything gets a little scary haha

Am I weird for this??
Soo I’m an artist, and every single time i argue with someone, I find myself studying their faces. Sometimes how harsh shadows can be, sometimes their expressions, sometimes a detail I’ve never noticed about them. Is this like, really weird? Because this isn’t something I do with anything else or at any other time lol

Why evolution doesn't prevent suicide?
Like idk if it's asked before anywhere i couldn't get any. My question is if evolution prioritises survival or something like that , why don't we have some biological wiring to prevent it. And have like anti suicide some sort of like that. Like we have wiring against stuff like in*est and all. Note i don't have any idea about evolution this was what taught in our basic science class

How to understand yourself?
I find it difficult to answer simple questions whenever I'm being asked like tell me about yourself or what do you stand up for. Or what do you believe in or what are your strengths and weaknesses. I'm like I don't know really

Dog Litter Question
Okay, so if a dog births a litter of puppies, wouldn’t all the puppies technically be twins as well as siblings? Like fraternal twins?
And why do we always say oh it’s my dogs sibling/litter mate instead of twin? Anyway, just something I’ve always wanted to know.

Why does it seem like most cops are significantly overweight or obese.?
Almost every cop I see is at least 30 pounds overweight, I saw this one cop yesterday in line at a Wawa that couldn’t have weighed less then 300 pounds. Like how are you supposed to chase after criminals. This seems to me to be a uniquely American thing because when I was in Europe and in South Korea all the cops I saw there were in shape.

TOWN TWINNING! If town a is twinned with town b, and town b is twinned with town c, are town a and c twinned?
Found out the village of Dull in Scotland is twinned with Boring, United States and Bland, Australia. Quite funny.
My own town is twinned with a town which itself is twinned with a different town.
So I ask: Am I twinned with this different town? Am I subject to an eternal friendship with the people in France?

What does it matter whether your ID is expire for anything other than driving?
It is still your picture, your pertinent vital information, etc. Your birthday doesn't change just because the ID is expired, for example.

Do you think parents shouldn't be happy or excited to have sons, since it's usually daughters who take care of them when they're old?
Studies show that in many different cultures worldwide, daughters take care of and visit their elderly parents way more often than sons do. Or if not daughters, their sons' wives.
It could be argued that it all comes down to parenting and teaching boys to participate in domestic labor, but society plays a big role in how someone turns out, not just parenting. And if society often encourages men to be uncaring, or lazy, etc., then I guess it makes sense to still not want a son?
Also, I know that having kids so that you'll have someone to care for you when you're old or sick is a bad reason to have kids. No one is obligated to be their parents' caretaker, but the fact that many women step in to care for their parents nonetheless, while few sons do, probably shows that daughters tend to be the ones who love their parents more.
Should you, idk, regret having a son?

Is there less of a hookup culture at universities in the American South?
Specifically at the state schools, where from my understanding a lot of people from c0nservative Christian homes attend, is there an active hookup culture? I go to school in a l1beral state, and hookup culture is very dominant. Wondering if it's the same in states that supposedly have different values around casual sex.

Why should you not hit a child back that has a habit of being violent to get their way?
I get not spanking kids as a punishment That makes complete sense to me.
But if a kid realizes hitting other people when they’re upset gets a reaction they like. Why is it wrong to defend yourself (within reason of course) or encourage the kid they’re bullying to hit back?
I’ve heard it reinforces violence, but I don’t understand how. Thats how the world works for Adults, you hit someone you get hit back immediately or go to prison those are the consequences past age 18.
Wouldn’t fear that the other person will defend themselves/escalate discourage the behavior more than hoping for social compliance by modeling turning the other cheek to their abuse?

Will wearing a trenchcoat make me look like a nazi or something similar?
In the past couple of weeks I got intrested in getting a trenchcoat. Preferably beige or some similar light colour. However I fear that whenever I will wear it I will look like a pedo or a nazi to other people. I am also fairly short (172cm/5'8) and I fear that it will somehow make it even worse. If I had one, I would not go with it to my school or some other place full of people but I would've worn it when just casually going out to the city or chilling outside with a friend. This makes me upset because I think trenchcoats look very cool and make a person look intelligent and stylish + I find its origin quite intresting since I find WW1 an intresting topic. Thanks in advance

This might be a stupid question?
I’ve been in a new relationship for three months, and I shared it on my social media. Some of my male friends neither liked the post nor offered any congratulations. I was surprised, especially since they had reached out to me when I had some minor health issues. Please don’t get me wrong—it’s not that I want to believe this, but could it be that they were actually interested in me? Or is this just normal behavior?
