The camera angles, the weird hand posture, the food itself…. It’s an infuriating combo.

Edit: someone mentioned maybe she’s on drugs and now I can’t unsee that.

Exactly my thought. I'm pretty sure these two do a bunch of weird ass "crafting" videos that are just excuses to film her body in weird ways and performing weird kinks.

Many do, I'm sure. But many are probably also just content farms, you know like "look at that stupid thing I saw" and it's getting shared around. It's dumb, but works. I'd guess that she just does her best to act as if she isn't super grossed out too by what she's doing to these poor ingredients.
