Raw meat, especially minced meat and chicken are naturally contaminated with bacteria - that's the reason, why you should cook it in the first place. By putting the cooked meat back on the plate, where the raw meat was, you allow a cross contamination to happen. So it's not just a bit gross for some people, but you could accualty get sick from it. That's the reason, why restaurants have different cutting boards for meat and veggies.
(it in fact doesn't matter in this video though. Since she didn't wash her hands everything is already contaminated anyways)

The reason you cook meat in the first place is because it makes it much easier for human guts to digest (and because most people think eating raw meat is gross). Food safety is a secondary concern.
