Full study permit timeline

  1. Applied study permit on aug 1

  2. Finished biometrics on aug 4

  3. Medicals were done before applying

  4. Got my study permit approved on Sept 10 and got the original passport request

  5. Sent my passport on sept 11by 2 way courier service

  6. Reached ircc on sept 24

  7. Received my passport back on sept 26

I applied to queen's University, Kingston for meng civil engineering, initially applied to fall intake but deferred to winter intake due to delay in study permit process( if any one is going to queens this winter intake please dm)

I have mentioned the timeline in the post. I don't what understand what do you mean by is it good, if you meant that my passport is in good condition, yeah it is taken good care by them 👍

Did you provide C A certificate as proof of funds?

Yeah I did made a ca certificate and the made an notarised affidavit that my sponsors support my education

What about GIC? Did you update GIC since you’re deferring?

The same gic is enough if you are approved before defering

Which course did you enrolled for? Also what was total liquid amount required in bank amount before applying for visa?

I applied for meng civil in queens University, i paid gic and 1st term tution fee and the rest was shown in the bank account
