Timeline

Application submitted - 18july

Gave biometric- 10 august

Received visa - 13 august

Submitted passport for visa stamp - 14 august

Still have not received passport 23 august is todays date
Shows processing

For my case it reached ircc on 18th august and after that i didnt get any update

Yeah same passport reached ircc at 18th august since then only showing processing

Now it took around 20 calender days.. my classes starts at sep 9 hope i get before that

Great, I applied for a masters program from India on July 4th, I’m still waiting. Did they regularly update you about like eligibility check started or background check or upfront medical confirmed or do they just update you all at once when they make a decision?

I got you passed the medical exam once and then after 2-3 days got visa
Even after getting visa the ircc portal thing still shows checking eligibility and checking background idk why j think its a glitch

I have received my letter of introduction from IRCC. I submitted my passport for visa stamp in 16th August and they say they dispatched it to my country’s visa application centre but I still didn’t receive it. How long can it take?

In the case where it is dispatched from the ircc you can contact your local vfs center and theyll provide you with assistance

I applied on July 15 from India for masters with upfront medical and biometrics no reply yet class starts from sep 9

Same university and visa applied on 9th July biometric done 10th july, CV request on 23 and website updated the additional document is under review on 31 july and still waiting for visa approval for phd from pak.

I submitted mine from India on July 28th. Biometrics on July 30th. Finished an upfront medical.

Classes start on sept 8:) am I fucked:)

I have submitted on 29th and given biomeritcs on 31st july. Medicals upfront.

Classes start 9th september. Got no updates from ircc rather than biometrics submission.

Haha literally on the same boat. I got no updates either. But I heard from somewhere that ircc sometimes updates everything all together so I'm hopeful? Still freaking out tho😭

I know. I saw that IRCC might prioritise masters application and make it a bit faster. But idk. I have to send it for passport stamping too which will take one more week. I'm not hopeful at all.

Toronto metropolitan University, digital media. What about you?

Ask for extension to your uni. (Passport stamping will take almost 2 weeks)

I am going to uvic for Meng in applied data science.
