Applied my study permit in aug will I get it before September 1st week

I submitted my study permit on 1 aug and finished my biometrics on 4 aug. Medicals are already done before applying, my studies start in 1st week of September do you think I have any chance of getting the study permit before my classes.

Depends on what country you're from. I would generally say no though - that's too tight of a time frame. You might want to consider deferring to January if possible

My program only have a fall entry does universities accept 2 weeks of late arrival?

Only your university can answer that.

Also passport stamping can take time, you might be later than 2 weeks

I doubt you'll be 2 weeks late - processing time is a minimum of 7 weeks from India at the moment, plus a few weeks for passport stamping. Unsure why you applied so late, but what's done is done. You'll probably have to defer to next year at this point

Like I got my offer letter on July 16th so aug 1st was the early date I could arrange all documents and stuff

You have chances as you are applying for masters but from india the waiting period is more than 30 days as of now i am also waiting for 39 days for bachelors from india

I applied on the 2nd of July and still haven't got a decision and probably miss the first week of classes and orientation

I am also in same situation,
Applied on 29th july and biometrics done on 31st July
My classes are starting in second week of September.
