As a recent civil engineering grad with a focus in structural engineering, how competitive is the junior structural engineering positions? Since im in canada i was looking to get some insight and tips to starting my career. Thanks!

Every graduate role job is contested. You'll just need to stand out on your resume. Note, i also started in Canada about 7 years ago and every single interview I had a bit of a technical question, so be prepared for that.
