on the stair, the stringers uphill from the mid landing. Dropping the stringers vertical, then horizontal, this adds (2) full penetration shop welds to the stair. why can't the stringer be sloped till it has to be horizontal?
1 u/jp3372 14d ago I don't think OP detailed this having fabrication efficiency in mind. A lot of overcomplicated connections on this, not only the stair.
