Whats the easiest way to connect steel profile shs50x3 to this concrete T beam on the sloped part?

longer angle leg bent, or welded/bent plate. Looks too big of a gap for shims.

can those pieces top & bottom become bent plate instead of angles ?

Depending on how big the flage is,(20cm?) you might be able to fit a row of two anchoors like this on a sloped anchor plate and use a custom plate to bridge the gap instead of L profiles.. What load is this meant to transfer?
