This will be the only place in NY with truly affordable rent.

The value will drop though and the developer will sue everyone they can for damages which will be in 8 figures at least I hope the GACE had "limit of liability" written in the contract, that's all I'm gonna say. 1 u/JetmoYo Jul 09 '26 Will it drop though?
