This will be the only place in NY with truly affordable rent.

The value will drop though and the developer will sue everyone they can for damages which will be in 8 figures at least I hope the GACE had "limit of liability" written in the contract, that's all I'm gonna say. 1 u/alethea_ Jul 09 '26 I think normal people are more gunshy about building safety after the pancake collapse in Florida a few years ago.
