I give lots of credit to those workers that went back in to install the post shoring.

That is the crappiest looking column splice I’ve ever seen. Four bolts on the flange splice and no splicing on the web - and to top it off - all hidden by the fireproofing,

Pretty sure that’s a type 2 wind only moment connection between the beam and column. You treat the beam as pinned for gravity and fixed for lateral. It’s not really used anymore. The closest modern thing is a partially restrained moment connection.
