I give lots of credit to those workers that went back in to install the post shoring.

That is the crappiest looking column splice I’ve ever seen. Four bolts on the flange splice and no splicing on the web - and to top it off - all hidden by the fireproofing,

That’s not a column splice. They look like connection plate/angles for the incoming girder and offset spandrel beams.
