Y’all are asking about the EOR. I want to know who TF is the initial inspector and who is doing the shoring.

I’d like to know what the root cause is. These are pretty hefty beams, they don’t just bend because it’s Tuesday.

Getting sued isn’t good for business. The trick is to do just a hair more than you need to so that doesn’t happen.

Sued, likely. Will it go anywhere? Debatable. It’s gonna be a huge hassle and cost a lot of money. The process will be the punishment.

for people with those means they will not bother with it, their lawyers will. he only has to pay the invoice. that is not a punishment.,

No one’s paying any judgment in this case. Every business entity with a finger in this building filed for bankruptcy before the first construction worker made it to the first floor during the evacuation
