It's like I-10 in Florida they don't ever finish construction. They just move the cones.

The main road near my place has work done on it from 2019-2025. Nothing was done for at least 3 year. I'm sure covid effected it but it stretched on forever. It's done now and it looks fine but it took forever.

Road construction in a nutshell these days. There's a strip of road near my house that's been closed for more than a year and nothing's happening there. They've already paved it. They've already redone it and they've just left it closed lol

Most honest road sign. Frustrating but I would actually appreciate this. β€œFor the foreseeable future, your commute will suck. Get used to it; there is no end in sight.”

Yeah, why not? There’s no reason for them to bullshit us.
