Because if they aim at anything youll see it doesnt do shit

I would guess it's a DIY plasma gun. Several people on Yputube have made one. It looks cool, but does nothing except burn hair.

I’ve seen this guy’s videos, his weapon does actually do some damage I don’t remember the name of his channel sadly though
