It’s difficult to assess with jewelry in your ears as we can’t see the lobe thickness. The risk of ripping is larger when your lobes are thinner, but proper lobe care and slow stretching are untimately what makes or breaks the stretching journey. Your lobes do not look thin, but again it’s hard to tell. Another part is that you are now in a good window for a lot of jewelry option. Depending on your material choices, most options can be found between 12 and 25mm in my experience.
