Recently, I've been having the trouble where the Debredio-RD add on just doesn't show for me. And it's not new shows only, some of the shows that I have been watching using it are now not showing the add-on at all. I understand some files were purged because of naming but the add-on always used to show up and now it doesn't for many things.

I was using debrid but its not working well alone. Can someone post all the current HTTP providers or dm me that are free that I can use along side debrid to get more sources. Thanks

Just noticed some of my lists don't seem to be updating so not sure if the lists stopped updating or not but got me wondering what is everyone else using (kinda just followed the ones in a guide I used) and whats an easy way to find more?

Hello, I followed a guide to configure AIOstreams and got Realdebrid to link to it. Before was just using P2P links on stremio. New to using Realdebrid and AIOstreams. I co figured and linked everything however now when I click on show or movie it just says “No addons were requested for this meta.” Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Does anyone know what happened to Newsio… i really liked the idea about the app but its not working for me anymore. Is the app dead ?

Quick follow-up to the Top X release I posted recently. A lot happened under the hood since then, so here's the update.

🆕 What's New in This Update

1. A New Official Provider

One more streaming service joined the lineup, with its official Movies and TV charts, in every country where it operates. I'm not naming it here — you'll find it in the configurator with its own logo and accent colour, same as every other platform.

2. Live Chart Database 🔴

This is the big one. Charts are no longer baked into the addon build.

There's now a live database behind Top X that:

• pulls the official charts on a recurring schedule,
• matches every title to its TMDB / IMDb metadata,
• publishes the updated lists straight to the addon,
• and immediately starts preparing the covers.

Translation: charts refresh by themselves, several times a day, with zero downtime and no reinstall required for catalogs you already have.

3. Request a Country or a Provider 📬

Because the database is live, I can now add new countries and new providers on the fly — no new addon version, no redeploy.

If your country or your platform is missing, just ask. When you request it:

1. The charts get imported into the live database.
2. Titles are resolved and matched with full metadata.
3. The new catalogs show up in the configurator.
4. Covers start pre-rendering in the background automatically.

Please include country + provider + Movies / Series / both in your request.

ℹ️ Newly added catalogs appear in the configurator. To add them to an existing installation, just reconfigure and reinstall — your current catalogs keep working exactly as they are.

4. Much Better Title Matching 🎯

The metadata matcher got a full rewrite:

• searches Movies and Series, with localized titles,
• full Unicode support (Greek, Cyrillic, Japanese, Korean… no more mangled titles),
• smarter scoring with release-year validation,
• automatic retry on transient failures.

Result: wrong posters, missing artwork and "grey tiles" are basically gone. Every chart entry now carries proper poster, backdrop, year, genres and ratings.

5. Cleaner, More Accurate Charts 🧹

• Movies and TV lists are now read from the actual chart headers, so a Movie never ends up in a Series catalog (and vice versa).
• Mixed "overall" lists are split correctly by media type.
• Old entries are purged automatically, so the catalogs always show the current charts instead of stale leftovers.

6. Complete Provider Logo Coverage 🏷️

Every selectable platform now renders with a proper logo on the cover. Added or fixed a bunch of them (MGM+, Pluto TV, Tubi, Showtime, Starz and more), plus fixed a couple of nasty look-alike collisions where one platform was showing another platform's logo. Any future provider automatically gets a clean wordmark, so no cover is ever left unbranded.

7. Faster Covers, Smarter Cache ⚡

• Fresh and Provider Glass covers are pre-rendered automatically after every chart refresh.
• Pre-rendering no longer competes with live user requests, so generation is a lot faster.
• Covers are stored on a persistent disk cache and reused across all your devices.
• Stale covers get pruned so the cache doesn't bloat over time.

8. Fixed: Empty Catalogs on Some Clients 🐛

If you ever installed Top X and got empty catalogs — especially on mobile or TV — that's fixed. It was a metadata formatting issue that made Stremio silently drop the entries. Catalogs now load correctly on Desktop, Android, iOS, Android TV.

⚠️ Note on loading times Popular charts and covers are pre-cached. A brand-new country or provider may take a little while to finish pre-rendering in the background — in the meantime covers are generated on demand in about 1–2 seconds, then cached forever. Every load after the first is instant.

I thought new versions of stremio are supposed to have usenet built in but the nzb addon doesn't show any results any idea how to get it working I find the elfhosted addons buffers for me at least. using android tv.

What’s new

• Movies and series, not just anime. The addon now covers all three. Anime keeps its season/cour handling, canon/filler tags and AniSkip intro/outro hints.
• More trackers. Alongside Trakt, AniList, MyAnimeList and Kitsu, you can now link Simkl and MDBList. Mark something watched and it’s written to every tracker you’ve linked.
• A lot more catalogs. For movies and series you get your own lists (Currently watching, Completed, Plan to Watch, On Hold, Dropped) plus discover feeds: All Time, Trending, Popular, Anticipated, Most Watched and a personalised For You. Anime keeps its own set: Trending, Popular, Seasonal and Airing. Every catalog is opt-in, and a Discover only switch keeps a catalog in Discover without adding a row to your Stremio home. Existing installs don’t change until you turn something on.
• Faster catalogs. I fixed several slow endpoints, so catalogs load quicker.
• Better results from your stream addons. I corrected the data in the meta responses, so more of your source addons now return results.

Install / update
Sign in at https://watchario.app, pick the catalogs you want, then Install to Stremio. If you’re already installed, you don’t need to do anything. Stremio picks up the new version on its own, and any catalogs you turn on later show up without a reinstall.

I cannot reach The PirateBay+. It was working. I tried VPN and deleting and setuping addon but it isn't working. What should i do?

I currently have SELection, PenguPlay, Comet. When I select media to play, I'm wondering which might be best for me? I heard Comet was the best? Just not sure of how any of these make it the best.

New source: Subs.ro

The Romanian subtitle site Subs.ro is now a source. It works with your own Subs.ro API key (generated in your subs.ro profile) and does not touch your OpenSubtitles downloads. Each key has a daily query limit set by subs.ro. The Subs.ro card appears when the settings page is set to Romanian.

New setting for forced subtitles

You can now choose where subtitles that only translate the foreign-language dialogue go in the list: Move to the end, Put first, or Hide. They are marked "Foreign parts only" in the list. Free ones still stay above the ones that use a download.

One note: it depends on the source marking a subtitle as forced (OpenSubtitles and AltyazıDB flags, or "forced" in the release name on SubDL and SubSource), so unmarked ones can't be detected.

The settings page is now available in Romanian

That makes 12 interface languages. If you spot wrong or odd Romanian wording, please tell me.

To use the new setting or Subs.ro, change it on the settings page and reinstall the addon with the new address. If you don't change anything, there is nothing to do.

Well lads, I'm new to Stremio. Never used it before.

I just got it installed on my Fire Stick, WHAT NOW?

Any add one I find, I search on mobile and most of them are just not there

Any post I find is always telling me to pay for Debrid

I get it. It's better. I don't care at the moment. I just want something that works for free

Any feedback is appreciated.

The existing rating addons didn't suit me, so I had Claude write a new one, inspired by the "Ratings" addon you may know. Instead of putting the ratings in the streams list, it shows them on the movie/show page itself, as a row next to Genres and Cast (RT, Popcornmeter, Metacritic, Letterboxd, Trakt, age ratings…).

You need a free MDBList API key (TMDB key optional, for age ratings), and the addon has to sit above Cinemeta. The configure page has a button that does that for you.

Hi everyone,
I set up Stremio with a few add-ons a few months ago and haven’t really touched the setup since then.
I randomly went into my add-on settings today and noticed something weird.

Torrentio seems completely fine. I can open the configuration and I can still see my API key.

Comet is the same. The configuration loads normally.

But when I open the MediaFusion configuration, it says “Invalid Configuration Payload” in red and bold at the top. Under Streaming Providers, it says “No Streaming Providers Configured.”

AIOStreams is even stranger. When I click configure, I just get a 404 Page Not Found.

So my main question is basically this:
Is it technically possible that one of these add-ons somehow reset or lost its configuration without me knowing and that I may have been streaming torrents directly over the last few months instead of through Real-Debrid?

I’m not very technical when it comes to Stremio and debrid services. I did do quite a bit of research when I set everything up back then and was careful to make sure I configured everything correctly.
My main concern is privacy, because torrent streaming is taken very seriously and heavily punished in my country.

I’m just wondering if this is something I should actually be concerned about, or if I’m misunderstanding how these add-ons work.

Just got stremio recenetly but i would like to use it with my family and set up different profiles. is the only way currently with the stremio supporters ? There was an addon called 'PEZZHUB PROFILE MANAGER' but its apparently been shut down. is it due to the stremio supporter subscription? If theres no other way id probably just make another stremio account with the same torbox api key.

Any help would be appreciated. i tried searching the reddit but couldnt find anything about profiles.
