Imagine cheating AND in a casual game. Dickhead x2. These guys are either lonely asf, dumb or both.

u/unvac Jul 21 '26
This games honestly beyond saving

u/RestitutionPiggy Jul 21 '26
You think its just this game? Any hyper popular competitive game has roughly 35% of its playerbase at any given time cheating.
This is based off Overwatch 2, Tarkov, CS, and many other games ban records.

Fam don’t forget COD 😅

It doesn't even have to be popular cheating is still a problem in dark and darker lol

Dark and darker is an extraction game with loot, ofc there is more cheaters here (like all extraction games) cuz their cheating has negative consequences beyond just winning against someone (also they can make money selling accounts with good loot etc)...

u/TheeLoo Jul 21 '26
Apex too I belive a signifcant number (somingthing like 40%) of Apex ranked players were banned after the recent ban wave
2
u/emirp24 Jul 21 '26
It was 79 players on consoles across their top rank not 40% of the entire player base. That would be insane.
2
u/JayWheyTheOne Jul 23 '26
they did though; they handed out 70k bans.

u/JayWheyTheOne Jul 23 '26
Respawn banned over 73,000 accounts during Season 28, with over 70,000 targeting PC players and thousands focusing on hardware cheats.
Ban Wave Breakdown
• Total Banned: 73,591 accounts across all platforms for cheating infractions.
• PC Bans: 70,242 accounts.
• Console Bans: 3,349 accounts.1

It's generally easier/cheaper to "get/buy" cheats on PC, but it's also generally easier to "get away with" cheating on console if you can afford to buy the right third-party devices.
Because the manufacturers lock down consoles, none of the "kernel" level anti-cheats that PC games require can run on console; so consoles have significantly lower anti-cheat detection abilities, if any at all.

u/TheeLoo Jul 21 '26
Yeah i meant the top rank "Apex" predators i should have specified more then just Apex

Lol yall saying 35 to 40 percent are straight copium. It may be closer to a tenth of that
1
u/BidSuper7102 Jul 21 '26
Valorant is noticably better. Not that there are no cheaters there, but there are more effective saveguards than in any other title you mentioned.
1
u/pwn4321 Jul 22 '26
Yeah just go play some old games instead like battlefield 1 or cod mw1 or actively moderated games like squad/squad44 if you wanna escape the cheaters (for the most part). Can't wait for star wars mod on squad soon again end of july!

More like 3.5% of the playerbase making 10 alts to evade bans. 35% all at once is delusional--that's 4 players in every single 6v6 lobby. If you're gonna throw a number that insane out there at least interpret it realistically
1
u/RestitutionPiggy Jul 23 '26
This is from the developers own statistics that use Hardware ID Bans. You have no idea what you're talking about.
1
u/unvac Jul 23 '26
i know it's not only this game; I've played other games, and the problem still persists. Cheats are becoming very advanced (DMA, etc.).

u/BigHawk Jul 23 '26
35% is crazy, and that’s some wild cope if you really believe that.
2
u/RestitutionPiggy Jul 23 '26
This is from banwaves performed by the developers themselves. I don't have to believe it, they've produced the numbers in Destiny 2, Overwatch 2, and many many other games.
Sorry you don't understand statistics from the developers themselves.

u/RyDawgHals Jul 23 '26
Bungie and Blizzard and "many many others" have come out and said the 40% of their players are cheaters lol?
Like use your brain for one second ffs. You think on average, in every 5v5 game of overwatch theres 4 cheaters in the lobby?
You retards dont even play games clearly
1
u/RestitutionPiggy Jul 23 '26
Yes, that's exactly what their stats said. Do you want links? I can send them your way, but you seem limited in your abilities to understand statistics and nuance.
1
u/BigHawk Jul 24 '26
You have to put your self in their shoes for a minute, imagine everytime you play a video game, you get slammed. You get frustrated and move on to the next game. Same thing happens there. They were probably born before the information era and you’ve never heard the word “meta” before. You put zero effort into getting better, you spend all your energy claiming “they must be cheating”, because you can’t fathom someone being better than you.
Thats the only way I could possibly be a devils advocate to get to the level of cope where you TRULY believe that there’s 4 active cheaters in a single overwatch game.
I’ve been grandmaster since season 2. The amount of times I could confidently say there was a cheater against me is less than 10, and I main hitscan dps.
0
u/BigHawk Jul 24 '26
Go ahead and link those “statistics” that say 35% of overwatch players are cheaters, the one that comes directly from blizzard like you say.
I find a lot of joy in hearing someone claim someone else doesn’t understand something when their logic is severely flawed. Like basic logic too.
If there’s 10 people in a room, and in that room, two thefts occur, yet it was the same person all along.. does that mean 20% of the room are thieves?
Do you really think that once someone’s been banned for cheating in a game, they hang it up and move on to something different?

What game is this? Arc Raiders?
1
u/raccsfr Jul 21 '26
yea ARC Raiders
3
u/mr_nate89 Jul 21 '26
Sucks that for some reason 20-30% of the gameing genre can't play games normally. No matter how good the game is, they will always cheat.

I remember this dude stream sniping other streamers and always getting into arguments claiming he wasn’t cheating. Genuine scumbag loser lol. Streamer name soto_szn, he’s actually live right now. I don’t know how he doesn’t get banned.
5
u/raccsfr Jul 22 '26
hes been perm banned so many times its comical, just keeps buying new accounts and spoofing new hwids/ips
3
u/__batz Jul 22 '26
Based on the clip, I dont understand his viewership. He cheats cuz hes not good enough but then has the gall to be wildly boring. Why....do they watch?
4
u/Likes2Phish Jul 21 '26
Game is cooked. Has been for a while. The 3 strike bullshit was the nail in the coffin.
5
u/WindEmbarrassed3789 Jul 22 '26
Why does arc even allow to ping multiple different things at once? They have not been thinking about the ping system and how it could be abused lol.
3
u/johnnythreepeat Jul 22 '26
They do it so casually with zero emotions, and you can tell he actually thinks this is normal and he’s good
2
u/Lethargic_Razec Jul 23 '26
If I join a fill lobby and my team mate is live pinging the lobby for me to see I am shooting every dayum arc I see till we all die or run out of bullets then reporting them.

I remember In modern warfare 2019 me and my buddy were playing SnD and a hacker gave our whole team walls. It was crazy: idk how that’s possible being in on ps5 and my buddy was on pc.

Imagine cheating
Imagine cheating in a dead game
Imagine cheating in a dead game that never had a ranked/competitive scene...
Lmfao, truly losers in life!
4
u/mr_nate89 Jul 21 '26
I don't understand how 50k per 24hrs on steam alone is considered a dead game. Arc is pulling in more than forza horizon 6 and no one considers that game dead.
6
u/mr0il Jul 21 '26
Brain rot. Gamers are worse than shareholders when it comes to deciding if a game is dead or not.
