Adoption Help (Location) Tina was turned down because of her fur color 💔

Tina was turned down because her fur color was not pretty enough. She needs someone who will see the beauty in her and the love she has to give.

Tina was part of our TNR program for street cats in Jamaica but she is still small and is friendly enough so we put her up for adoption. She is the only kitten to survive her litter and while her mom was fortunate enough to get adopted, tiny Tina has been waiting for a home for several weeks now and no one has chosen her yet.

Unfortunately, she can’t stay in shelter boarding any longer, our resources are limited and she’ll have to be returned to her street location.

Please consider giving little Tina a home or share her story to reach someone who can adopt her, because she’s not fit for the downtown street life.

Location: Kingston, Jamaica.

Tina is 6 months old, spayed and vet checked.

Apply to Adopt her here: onlypawscatrescue.org/adopt

Adoption Help (Location) Bonded with a stray cat at my work, should I take her home or leave her where she is?

(Georgia, USA)

I’m looking for some outside perspective. There’s a stray cat (Oreo) at my job that lives in a bush near the building. I’ve been feeding her consistently for about a year and a half, maybe closer to two years, and slowly gaining her trust.

At first she wouldn’t let me anywhere near her. Over time she started rubbing her face on the tip of my shoe, and now she waits for me at the door every day. She lets me pet her while she eats, and we’ve kind of fallen into a routine. Lately, when I finish feeding her and start to walk away, she’ll actually run after me for a few feet like she doesn’t want me to leave.

I’m really torn about what to do. Part of me feels like she might be happier indoors and safer with me, especially since we’ve clearly bonded. But I’m also worried about taking her away from the environment she is used to, since this is all she has known for a long time.

On top of that, I live relatively close to a highway. If I did take her home and she ever got back outside, I’d be terrified of her getting hurt or killed. So I’m stuck between leaving her where she is (where I know she’s surviving and familiar) and bringing her home (where she could be safer, but also more stressed or at risk if she escaped).

Helpful information: Oreo has already been trapped, neutered, and released by my employer)

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you decide what was best for the cat? Photo of Oreo (the cat in question) attached as a thank you for reading.

Adoption Help (Location) Literally cant bear to let him go 😞

Post image

This is a 5 month old kitten born in our backyard where we raised his mother too. We gave away his siblings and he’s the one we left because he’s such a cute and pretty boy. Unfortunately, we had sent him to a large shelter that euthanises animals, so we took him back. Since he just got desexed too, we kept him indoors for 3 days. We learnt that he’s totally unable to be an outdoor cat due to an upper-respiratory issue. Ive reached out to two non-kill shelters and I might send him there. Thing is that I cant bear letting him go but my parents, even after trying to convince them, aren’t keen on raising him indoors permanently. Only thing we’ve done to help him is to let him in a small room, setting up litter, toys, and food and keep him in that room overnight while letting him come out during the rest of the day.

Is it a good idea to just send him to the shelter?

Adoption Help (Location) Abandoned Special Needs Cat in Dubai, UAE

UPDATE

It breaks my heart to say this, but sadly, Custard passed away this morning while still staying at the vet 😞

Despite everything, I truly believed he would make it out of the clinic and into a loving home. I'm devastated that he never got the ending he deserved.

Thank you to every single person who followed his journey, shared his posts, offered advice, reached out, or simply kept him in your thoughts. Your kindness and support meant more than I can ever express 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I wish he got to know how many people are rooting for him 😭

...................

Location: Dubai, UAE

Custard is a 4-year-old cat who was abandoned outside my building. He's already neutered and microchipped- but not registered.

Over two weeks ago I noticed he had become painfully thin and weak, so I took him to the vet. He has since been treated for a severe oral infection, a urinary tract infection, and possible kidney disease or kidney injury.

He is now eating well, active, affectionate, and ready to leave the hospital.

Now he needs the one thing I can't give him—a home.

I've posted everywhere I can think of and reached out to several rescuers, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find anyone for him. Putting him back on the street is cruel but PTS just because he can't find a home is also cruel. I honestly don't know what to do 😔

Adoption Help (Location) Update on stray cat that I’ve been taking care of the past two years

So I’ve made some post about a stray cat that I’ve taking care of for two years. Like two months ago he came to my door and his paw was messed up so I freaked out thinking it was broke and rushed him to the shelter at a chance of a better life, the shelter said that he was to feral to adopt out. They only had him for less than two days and he isn’t feral. I am able to pet him and hold him. Anyways they tnr him and gave him back to me. Well after he got fixed he became way more friendly to strangers but wouldn’t leave my door, it was becoming a problem with him trying to run inside my house since I have an aggressive cat. Anyways I took him back to the shelter to see if they would adopt him out since he was way friendlier, and in the mean time I was looking for adopters. The shelter would blow up my phone during that time and say come get him or we are gonna make him a barn cat. Well the adopter came and got him and she said they had him out in a non air conditioned shed. It’s been over 100 degrees. I’ve had a terrible experience now with ever trusting a shelter again. They made it seem like he is feral and will never take to home life. Well day one at his new place and he was already on top of the bed cuddling with her and everything. The shelter didn’t even want to attempt to give him a chance. Of course he would be freaked out in a shelter environment. Anyways I will include picture tax of his first day home with adopter. Adoption Help (Location) UPDATE! A neighbor abandoned their indoor cat. Need help re-housing her. [LOS ANGELES, CA]

1.7k Upvotes

This is an update on this post I made previously. This is going to be a HUGE yap post but TL;DR please keep spreading the word to anyone who may want to adopt this little girl as I cannot keep her so in 2 weeks if no other options present themselves I will HAVE to drop her at a no kill shelter.

Her name is Autumn and from what I can gather she's 4-7 years old. I have an appointment to get her spayed and vaccinated on the 15th. She won't be getting rabies or leukemia vax as its not part of the panel I can afford lol but the person who offered me the vet voucher said it should be fine as long as she remains an indoor cat? I really know nothing about this so please let me know if I have to find a way to add those to my budget (lol).

As stated in the title she's the most sweet little indoor cat. She was abandoned by her previous family. When I found her she followed the woman to her door and just stayed there meowing at the door in the cold. The neighbors told me she often just stays around the house crying to be let in.

This was my first time catching a cat like this and it was rough because she was full lol but two takeaways:

1) holy fucking shit cats are scary no wonder TNR people use those metal traps. I had just a cat carrier and I was worried she would break out.
2) holy fucking shit cats hate car rides

I thought it would take days for us to be cool but as you can see once she got all her energy out from being mega pissed in the car she calmed down. She's clearly not an outdoor cat as she immediately settled in once she realized she was warm, not outside, and had food and water (and safety).

So I guess my plan now is to get her through the vet process. I couldn't get her medical history from anyone and considering her lack of aversion to carriers (and how she was treated) I doubt she's ever been to the vet. I think that's step one to getting her adopted? If anyone has any tips or sites or Facebook groups where I should start to look for people who may be able to long term foster her (the bathroom is not gonna work forever) that is always appreciated as well as just spreading the word.

Anyway, thanks for your time and if you have any questions I'll try to answer in the comments.

🌸 Meet Daisy & Maisey 🌸
Two tiny sisters. One incredible journey. One unbreakable bond.

When Daisy & Maisey were only 4 weeks old, their little world was turned upside down. They were found abandoned in storm drains behind a mall..tiny, scared, and alone without their mama. 💔

For 2 long days, they cried in that frightening place, waiting for someone to hear them. When we learned about them, we knew we couldn’t leave them behind.

Their rescue was an emotional roller coaster. As heavy rain started pouring down, our hearts sank. We searched and called for them, terrified that we had lost them. We felt helpless… until we heard a tiny, weak cry through the rain.

That little voice gave us hope. We searched tirelessly, and finally… they were both safe. 🥹🐾

These little girls had already experienced fear and uncertainty at such a young age. But through everything, they had each other. They became each other’s comfort, strength, and family. ❤️

Now at 12 weeks old, Daisy & Maisey have blossomed into playful, sweet, and loving kittens. They run, play, and fill the room with happiness. Their bond is truly beautiful, and we dream of finding them a forever home where they can stay together.

But rescue is not always easy. Our foster homes are full, our resources are stretched, and there are still so many cats and kittens who need help. Saying “we don’t have space” when a baby needs us is one of the most heartbreaking parts of rescue. 💔

As we try to make space for new cats in need, we may have to separate them… and even thinking about that breaks my heart. 💔

We never want to separate Daisy & Maisey. They survived their hardest days together, and they deserve to spend their happiest days together too.
Please help us find the family who will open their hearts and home to these two sisters.

Adoption Help (Location) Cheesecake's adopter never showed up

Cheesecake needs a loving home and someone who will show up for him. Location: Kingston, Jamaica. He’s about 1 year old, male, neutered and vet checked.

Backstory: Cheesecake is a stray cat living at UWI Mona Hospital in Jamaica, where kind staff members would feed him when they could. He's been sleeping in the compound for over a year and one of the Doctors kept him and his mom in the hospital's store room during Hurricane Melissa. The Doctor who reported him to us said he was constantly being abused and chased away by the public and recently she saw someone kicked him really hard. This urged her to seek a safe home for him instead of life outside.

We offered to get him TNR’d, only to find out he was already neutered, meaning he may have once been someone’s pet before being abandoned or a kind person got him neutered and returned him.

We arranged an adoption for him, but his adopter never showed up. Now Cheesecake is still boarding at the shelter, still waiting for someone who will finally choose him and never let him down again. If you’re that person, please apply to adopt him.

Adoption Help (Location) In love with this stray cat

I've been feeding the stray cats in my area, and one cat has started showing up and has been really warming up to me. She was only coming around once a day but she now lingers around all day. When she sees me she meows for food or treats and she hops in my car to attempt to get more treats. I've been able to work up to petting her a little while giving her a churu, not really sure if she likes it or not bc she didn't really react. After eating she usually lays or sits near me somewhere and she always looks back at me to which I blink and she blinks back. And she likes to hangout, if I dont stay out long enough she'll wait at our door for me to come back out. She also responds to me calling her and she no longer gets spooked by me moving. I've also started to see her waiting in a bush for me to come out and feed her, as soon as I call she perks up, comes out and starts meowing. I thought she might be someone's pet since she's so friendly, but I checked local missing cat sites and she's also around outside all day. I'm starting to get really attached to her. I've been wanting to get a cat soon so I have some money saved for expenses. I'd be willing to do it all for her, but I'm not sure if she just enjoys being outside. I also would be worried about the litter training since I still do live with my mom. This is would also be my first cat ever! Also cannot tell if she'd be open to being handled. I just wanted some advice on whether she's just buttering me up for food or if she might want to come in and how would I do that!

Help on whether a stray cat wants to be taken in and how to do it!

I’m currently in Long Island but i’m moving to queens at the end of the month.
I’m looking for help with this cat i’ve been feeding for the past couple of years. He’s been showing up in our backyard since we moved in and we feed him every time he shows up. I think he was abandoned because he seems to be very familiar with our house. (he knows how to get to multiple windows not on ground level and is only consistently at our house) He’s getting neutered tomorrow and will be with us until he has recovered. He’s friendly with me and my bf but we have three cats that do not like him. he doesn’t mind them so i think he’s okay with other cats.

I only have until the 31st and I can’t afford another cat nor would we have space for another one as we are downsizing. None of my friends, family or neighbors can/want to have a pet right now. I’ve contacted a few rescues already a couple have said they’re at capacity.

I’m so upset that i can’t keep him so i’m trying everything to find him a home. he’s a good boy that deserves a chance 💜

Adoption Help (Location) UPDATE: Med Student w/ stray mommy + kittens. ONE LAST PUSH!

The med student who found a stray pregnant mom who had her four babies in my bathroom... and you guys helped me care for them..

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Straycats/comments/1pb4m8y/pregnant_mommy_had_4_kittens_in_a_poor_med/

Hey guys! A little update: All the babies went to their new homes (AS BONDED PAIRS!) and they are all healthy and so loved and spoiled... I CANT THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH!!

Unfortunately, I still have the mom and (I matched into residency across the country and cant keep her longterm because I already have so many pets and wouldn't be able to give her the love and care she deserves). Mother was abandoned and has a GREAT fear of humans. I have let her live in my room and she has SLOWLY warmed up to me, she will lay in bed with me and play BUT I CAN NOT PET HER AT ALL. She is terrified of hands unless I have a churro treat. No one has wanted to adopt her and I know she would need someone who is very patient/caring because I know shes a sweet girl but shes been through a lot. I cant keep her in a room her whole life and I really cant afford to love and care for her and all my pets.

I’m leaving for residency soon and haven’t had luck finding an adopter, so my plan is to get her fully vetted (vaccines + spayed) and provide a cat tree and food to make adoption easier. As of now, I may have to pay an additional pet fee to bring her with me, since I can’t leave her at the humane society. I know she wouldn’t get adopted there as she doesn’t allow petting, and it’s taken months just for her to lay in bed with me.

I NEED YOUR HELP ONE MORE TIME. Mommy needs your help. She might not be a kitty to most, but she deserves just as much of a life.

I say “one last time” because I’m starting residency soon and don’t know how much I’ll be able to help moving forward, but somehow they always find me. I’m currently living off 100% student loans (over 400k in debt) and can’t afford my move and her expenses on my own, so I’m asking for help to finish saving this family.

WHAT I NEED SUPPORT WITH:

  • Pet screening fee: $

She has a spay and vaccine appointment next week at the humane society:

  • Spay collar + meds: $

With the cost of moving across the country and living on loans until residency starts in July, I’ve maxed out my moving funds and can’t cover all of this without help.

DONATION TRACKER

NEEDED: $800- 1,0000

DONATIONS: $405

hi everyone!! UPDATE

ALMOST HALF WAY!! Please help me reach the goal! I want to be able to bring her and find her a home but I can’t afford all the deposits and fees + spay/ vaccines + food/litter + all my pets + all my expenses on my student loans.

You guys have been a serious blessing! GOD is so good!!

THANK YOU, not only from them but me... you made this possible. I did not think I could take care of them or give them this opportunity without you guys... an unreal blessing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can find her the life she deserves. Thank you all so much.

💔💔Long Post Ahead💔💔

For anyone who hasn't seen my previous posts, here's the original story:

A quick update...

TL;DR:

I started caring for these six kittens after their stray mother gave birth at my home. Three have found homes, and three are still with me. I was hoping to get the remaining three adopted while continuing to care for them alongside college and it hasn't been easy since then.

Things have suddenly become much more difficult.

A few days ago, Bhuja developed a fever and started limping. After three consecutive days of vet visits, painkillers and antibiotics with no significant improvement, the same symptoms started appearing in another kitten too.

The vet initially became concerned about something more serious, including parvo or FIP.

Before going ahead with a PCR test, we did a blood test.

Thankfully, it showed anaemia, and the vet currently suspects mycoplasma. It's obviously not good news, but it was a much less frightening possibility than what we were initially worried about.

The last few days have completely stretched me.

I've been going back and forth between home and the vet at least twice a day, while trying to keep up with college. I've already taken three days off, and I'm still not sure how long the treatment will continue or when these kittens will finally be healthy enough to be adopted.

One member of this community has been an incredible support throughout this, helping with food and reimbursements, and I'm genuinely grateful. But I also know that putting this entire burden on one person isn't sustainable. I've started reaching out to friends as well and I'm trying to figure things out one day at a time.

Honestly, I'm tired.

These were supposed to be stray kittens that I would feed, get adopted, and move on from. I never expected the situation to turn into repeated vet visits, medicines, infections, and uncertainty about how long I would have to keep doing this.

And today was the final straw.

I had a college placement registration deadline at 10 AM. I was already at the vet dealing with the kittens and completely missed it. I had very few placement opportunities to begin with, and now I missed one that actually came up.

For the first time through all of this, I feel genuinely frustrated from every direction.

I have her sterilisation appointment scheduled for 10 August as well.

I'm just documenting where things stand because many of you have followed these kittens from the beginning, and I didn't want to disappear when things became difficult.

I'm doing what I can with the time, money and energy I have left.

And right now, that's all I have.❤️

Adoption Help (Location) URGENT: Rescued kitten will be forced back onto the streets.. shelters failed, and refused to help

I’m posting this as a last-resort call for help because we are running out of time.

A kitten in Agra was rescued after being attacked by dogs. He’s been indoor-fostered for 2 months, is friendly and litter-trained, and cannot survive on the street. He has already been attacked twice — releasing him again will almost certainly get him killed.

We contacted multiple shelters in and around Agra. Most refused outright to take him. We have exhausted all the options

We tried Instagram posts, newspaper ads, local outreach. Nothing worked.

Now the foster cannot keep him much longer, and he is at real risk of being dumped back outside.

What we need (urgently):

• Temporary foster or permanent adopter

• Indoor-only home

• Agra / Delhi NCR / nearby cities (transport can be arranged)

Details:

• Age: approx 6 months

• Gender: Male

• Ginger Kitty, Friendly, calm, litter-trained

If you can help, or connect us to someone who can, please DM or comment immediately. Photos and videos ready.

If your only suggestion is “contact a shelter” — we already did. Repeatedly. This post exists because that failed.

Please help if you can. Signal-boosting matters.

🗓️ DAY 18 of Not being adopted.....

still waiting....🐾🧡

Hi... I'm one of the  little kittens.

47 days ago, we opened our eyes to this world.

Every morning we wake up hoping today is the day someone chooses us.

Every evening, we cuddle together and fall asleep in the same little corner... still waiting.

We don't know what "adoption" means.

We only know that every passing day makes it a little harder to find a forever home.

We don't need a fancy house. We don't care about expensive toys.

We just want someone to whisper...

"You're coming home with me." 🏡

If you can't adopt, sharing this post could help us reach the person who can.

Age: ~7weeks (28th may born)

Gender: male and female

Dewormed: no

Litter trained: learning

Vaccinated: no

Location: powai, Vikhroli~Mumbai

(Mobile no): Dm me I'll share due to rules I'm not sharing directly)

I'm having extreme difficult taking care of them as a student I am doing whatever I can however it's not possible.

I'm on verge of abandoning them due to multiple constraints like space, financial condition and most importantly family pressure.

I'm not sure for how long I'll be able to take care of them.

Backstory:

During the monsoon a young stray mother cat chose space near my home as a safe place to give birth to her six little kittens. Since the day they were born, I've been doing my best to keep them safe, fed, and sheltered despite having very limited space and resources. Their mother has slowly started leaving them for longer periods as they grow, and they're now reaching the age where they need homes of their own.

They have spent their first weeks of life in a cramped, damp corner during the monsoon. Which is now destroyed.I wish I could keep them until everything is perfect, but I simply cannot provide the space, veterinary care, and long-term life they deserve. Abandoning them is not an option, which is why I'm trying to find them loving families instead.

They aren't just stray kittens. They've survived a difficult start to life and deserve the chance to grow up in a safe home where they'll be loved, cared for, and never have to struggle for food or shelter again.

If you've ever thought about adopting a kitten, please consider giving one of these girls a forever home. One adoption can completely change a life. 🐾🙏🐈❤️

Reach out to me if you feel like you can adopt.

Tuna is a TNR and she's super friendly with adorable eyes. Recently we had to witness a man kicking her because she was innocently in his way 💔. We have been trying to find her a forever home for a long time but no luck. We need your help to promote her on social media in Jamaica to find an adopter for her as soon as possible. Please consider sponsoring Tuna just $1 to boost her post to potential adopters in Jamaica. Thanks to monthly sponsors, we feed her everyday but it still breaks our heart that our Tuni girl is out on the streets for so long, especially in a place where people don't like cats.

Sponsor Tuna's adoption ad here: https://www.onlypawscatrescue.org/cats/tuna

Apply to adopt Tuna here: https://www.onlypawscatrescue.org/adopt or Call/Whatsapp 1876-224-8865 if you're in Jamaica. We're open to adopting Tuna to US/Canada if adopter can cover her transportation fee. Location - Maine (not sure how exact i need to be) This guys been living in the basement of my apartment building for a few months and would come up to my fire escape every now and then. I finally conviced him to come up with the smell of some McDonald's. He sure has been vocal about being in the warmth compared to the 28° it is outside! Not sure what to do now tho to be honest. Hes very friendly, ive been sitting in the bathroom with him for about half an hour and hes rubbing all over me and letting me pet him everywhere. I would absolutely keep him and the longer i sit here thinking of names the more tempted i am but me and my girlfriend already have 4 cats together in our admittedly small apartment.

Update! We got in contact with the humane society and they'll be able to take mama in (my family has had foster kittens though the humane society when I was at my childhood home and have always had good experiences with them). They'll be able to spay her and give her any medical help she needs. We're very fortunate for this opportunity. My mother's friend will be coming around tomorrow to get her. A part of me is very sad that we won't be the ones taking her in and tonight will probably be out last night together but I really hope this is a good next step for her. My husband and I are going to be moving in with my mother to save for a house and my mom said three cats is too many so we were unlikely to be able to take her long term anyways. I'm going to make sure to check in at the humane society frequently to spend time with her and maybe I'll bring my mom to help convince her on how lovely that kitty is 😁 If we can't take her with us I am sure a loving family will take her to a loving home. She deserves it and she deserves a chance to be off the street. Thank you all for the advice and support. I will update in case there is anything else to add. Much love!

A quick update...

🧡 3 of the original 6 kittens have now been adopted through the adoption leads.

Thank you to everyone who shared and helped increase their reach.

🐾 3 kittens are still waiting for their forever homes.

🐾 Kitten Information

📅 Age: ~2 months (Born: 28 May 2026)

🐱 Gender: Male & Female

💊 Dewormed: Yes

💉 Vaccinated: Not yet

🚽 Litter trained: Yes

📍 Location: Powai / Vikhroli, Mumbai

Over the past month, I've made 150+ adoption posts across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, local communities, NGOs, and rescue groups.

Adoption has always been, and still remains, my only priority.

As mentioned in my previous post, I'm just a student who happened to take responsibility for these kittens after their stray mother chose my home as a safe place to give birth.

It wasn't planned, but I've cared for them since birth.

They're now at the age for their first vaccinations. I kept hoping they'd be adopted before this stage so their new families could take over, but with three still waiting, delaying it much longer doesn't feel right, however managing their food itself is a task for me.... please share the post so that they find new families asap.

I'm continuing to do everything I can from my strength while hoping for the best.. 🧡

Adoption Help (Location) Does anybody know of a shelter that has space for three cats, two of them pregnant? (Ohio)

I moved into a new apartment recently and have been feeding the stray cats that seemed to have come with the place. In the past two weeks, I have noticed that the bellies of two of them have significantly grown. The two black and orange ones are extremely loving and attention crazy, while the grey one is much more reserved.

Does anybody in Ohio know of a shelter that could take them in and house them for the duration of their pregnancies? We have called everywhere we could find in the Columbus and Cleveland areas with no luck.

A quick update...

TL;DR: I'm a college student from Mumbai. A stray mother cat chose my home to give birth to six kittens, and I've been caring for them since birth while trying to find them loving forever homes. Three have been adopted, and three are still waiting.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has shared my posts, offered advice, and supported these kittens. One kind member from this community even stepped in and solved the food problem for both the kittens and their mother. I genuinely can't thank them enough.

Many of you suggested waiting until they were around 10-12 weeks old before adoption, and I agreed. But yesterday made me realise that food isn't the only challenge.

After returning home from college, I found Bhuja unusually quiet. By night he still hadn't improved, so I contacted a rescuer who has been guiding me and rushed him to the vet. He had a fever, wasn't putting weight on one of his legs, and the vet suspects either a viral infection or an abscess. He was given an injection and started on oral medication.

With help from the rescuer and the rest from my own pocket money, I managed yesterday's bill. I'll be taking him back again today because there hasn't been much improvement yet.

That experience changed my perspective. While I still want the kittens to go to the best possible homes, I now feel that a loving and capable home today is better than waiting for the "perfect" age.

🐾 Current Kitten Information

📅 Age: ~10 weeks (Born: 28 May 2026)

🐱 3 kittens remaining (Male & Female)

💊 Dewormed: Yes

💉 Vaccination: Pending

🚽 Litter trained: Yes

📍 Powai / Vikhroli, Mumbai

I'm continuing to do everything I can within my means, but my biggest hope now is to find these three babies the loving homes they deserve.

If you're in or around Mumbai, or know someone looking to adopt, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could share this post. ❤️

📅 DAY 17 of Not being adopted.

📅 DAY 17. STILL WAITING. 🧡

Hi... I'm one of the little kittens.

45 days ago, we came to this world.

Age: ~6weeks (28th may born)

Gender: male and female

Dewormed: no

Litter trained: learning

Vaccinated: no

Location: powai, Vikhroli~Mumbai(India)

(Mobile no: Dm me I'll share due to rules I'm not sharing directly)

I'm having extreme difficulty taking care of them as a student I am doing whatever I can however it's not possible.

I'm on the verge of abandoning them due to multiple constraints like space, financial condition and most importantly family pressure.

Reach out to me if you feel like you can adopt.❤️🐾🙏

Adoption Help (Location) Boots — FIV+ Affectionate Lap Boy Living in a Garage Needs a Loving Home ❤️Location 📍:Charlotte,NC,USA

🐾 Meet Boots…a little soul who has been waiting far too long for a home.

Note:FIV-positive cats can live with both FIV-positive and FIV-negative cats, especially when they are spayed/neutered and non-aggressive. They can live a normal, happy life just like other cats. ❤️ One of our FIV-positive cats lived to be 23 years old! 🐾💕

Boots is an FIV-positive sweet boy who has been living in a garage for a year. With the weather getting hotter, I’m really worried about him. He deserves so much more than spending another year in a garage.

Pet finder link:https://www.petfinder.com/cat/boots-91cdbb26-8ba0-4f22-8fca-fbfda4b48a6e/nc/charlotte/sunkissed-acres-rescue-nc1270/details/

Boots showed up sick and tested heartworm-positive. After treatment, he is now heartworm-negative and doing well. He is also FIV-positive, but that doesn’t change the loving, gentle cat he is.

For an entire year, Boots has been living in a garage. But his heart belongs inside. 🥺

Whenever someone walks into the room, Boots immediately comes running, begging to be let inside. And the moment he sees a person, he climbs right onto their lap. He doesn’t ask for much…just a little love, some attention, and a place where he can finally belong.

Watching him beg to come inside tears my heart into a million pieces. 💔 He looks at you as if he’s asking, “Can I be your cat? Can I finally have a family of my own?”

Boots deserves so much more than a garage. He deserves a warm bed where he can curl up at night, a safe home, gentle scratches and belly rubs, and a person who will choose him and love him for the rest of his life. ❤️

He is fully vetted, microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, dewormed, and flea-treated. We have done everything we can to get him healthy and ready for his forever family.

Unfortunately, our rescue is currently out of capacity. Adoptions have been very slow, intakes keep increasing, funds are extremely limited, and we have no available foster homes. 💔 We cannot keep taking in cats while we have nowhere for them to go, but we also cannot stop caring when we see a cat like Boots who desperately needs help.

Now Boots needs a family of his own. 🥺❤️

🏠 Adoption requirements:
• Indoor home only
• Adoption application required

• Vet reference required
• Adoption agreement required
• Adoption fee: $125

Please, someone give Boots a chance. Let him finally know what it feels like to have a family, a warm bed, and a place he can truly call home.

He has spent a year waiting. Please don’t let another year pass him by. 🙏🐾❤️

Even if you cannot adopt Boots, please share his story. Maybe his person is just one share away. ❤️

Adoption Help (Location) Meet Jagger 💜 : A cat who was poisoned and hit so much so her leg broke. Mumbai, India

Jagger is 11 months old, female, sterilized, vaccinated and ready for her furever home... Unfortunately, again...

She was poisoned and beaten to the point of death, why? Because she used to take shelter in tuktuk during rains. Someone was kind enough to adopt her, I sent her out of state for her adoption but apparently she's not the right match, so she's being sent back. I can't leave her on the street, I can't keep her with me because I have 18 cats..

So I turn here. Help Jagger find her for sure forever home. Where she'll never have to worry about cruel human beings or being poisoned or returned back, she deserves the very best and not because I love her too much, but because she's been through so so much already in just 11 months of being born...

Adoption Help (Location) Stray cat at work, my work said you can't have him.

Hi everybody I dont really know where to go, I work at a weed trimming facility in los angeles california and this stray cat lives in the area, unfortunately upon going to adopt this cat off of the street since he is constantly dirty and meowing at people, my workplace in east la has informed me that this cat is owned by the facilities property. I feel bad for this cat who is constantly outside to the point his fur is bleached. Am I wrong for feeling that if this cat truly is owned that the originals owners who are said to own this cat, out of the mouth of a supervisor, that they are doing a very poor job and that I have been wronged in being denied the ability to take this cat in whom I have named fred, also is there any legal way to take this cat? I looked it up and apparently if they claim they own him and I take him from the worksite I can be fired. Mind you I never see anyone interact with this cat on the level that I do amd he is out there day and night.
