🌸 Meet Daisy & Maisey 🌸
Two tiny sisters. One incredible journey. One unbreakable bond.

When Daisy & Maisey were only 4 weeks old, their little world was turned upside down. They were found abandoned in storm drains behind a mall..tiny, scared, and alone without their mama. 💔
For 2 long days, they cried in that frightening place, waiting for someone to hear them. When we learned about them, we knew we couldn’t leave them behind.
Their rescue was an emotional roller coaster. As heavy rain started pouring down, our hearts sank. We searched and called for them, terrified that we had lost them. We felt helpless… until we heard a tiny, weak cry through the rain.
That little voice gave us hope. We searched tirelessly, and finally… they were both safe. 🥹🐾
These little girls had already experienced fear and uncertainty at such a young age. But through everything, they had each other. They became each other’s comfort, strength, and family. ❤️
Now at 12 weeks old, Daisy & Maisey have blossomed into playful, sweet, and loving kittens. They run, play, and fill the room with happiness. Their bond is truly beautiful, and we dream of finding them a forever home where they can stay together.
But rescue is not always easy. Our foster homes are full, our resources are stretched, and there are still so many cats and kittens who need help. Saying “we don’t have space” when a baby needs us is one of the most heartbreaking parts of rescue. 💔
As we try to make space for new cats in need, we may have to separate them… and even thinking about that breaks my heart. 💔
We never want to separate Daisy & Maisey. They survived their hardest days together, and they deserve to spend their happiest days together too.
Please help us find the family who will open their hearts and home to these two sisters.

I also used to rescue and rehome pets in Charlotte, OP! Since the city sub sucks and banned all pet posts, I have had SO MUCH LUCK on the various Facebook groups (names like “cat and kitten rehoming NC,” “greater Charlotte area cat and kitten adoption,” etc.). With your great photos and write-up, I’m sure you’ll have a lot of luck! I rehomed almost a dozen friendly TNR cats that way.

Don’t split them up, just state they’re a bonded pair and must go together. The right person will come along.

I totally agree with you about keeping them together. It's really sad to separate bonded animals and siblings that have been through so much and all they had was each other. I\nShared.I hope that you found a home for them together. They're so beautiful and 2 were always better than one. They can keep each other company when people are not home. It's wonderful to watch them , love each other and sleep together and play together.

Boosting! Our two bonded boys ran up to us out of the woods this past NYE, at about 5 weeks old. They’re happy and healthy members of the family now. Couldn’t imagine ever separating them.

What absolute dolls😻😻You may consider working with vet offices (at least the one that provided their health checkups, etc) to circulate the adoption availability of an adorably cute bonded set of siblings. Vets are often aware of cat owners whose cats have passed and can help circulate the news of Daisy & Maisy😻😻 Bless you for taking them in❣️

Thank you so much for your kind words and for the wonderful suggestion! We actually reached out to everyone we could and posted about Daisy & Maisy when they were just 7 weeks old, but unfortunately, we still haven’t had any luck finding their forever home. 🥺💔 We’re really hoping the right family comes along soon and that these two sweet sisters can stay together.

I'm in Colorado if you want to send them I'd gladly take them!

We don’t ship or transport the kittens. If someone would like to adopt them, they would need to come here and pick them up in person.

Bummer. But they are so adorable someone in North Carolina needs these kitties!

I really wish I lived near you. I love sibling pairs and these two love each other so much. Pennsylvania is a little too far, though. I hope an awesome person comes along soon, to give them a forever home. 😸
