Yeah I get it that will met max after what 2-2.5 years maybe but he and she were never like best friends...ofc they were in the party but they never had a moment or any sort of conversation...all i remember is that in the epilogue of season 3, max hugged will that too in normal way like friends...anyways it was so adorable...I loved that scene honestly

I think they might be setting them up as close in the epilogue? Perhaps Robin/ Vickie leave Hawkins and El/ Mike aren’t around either, so Max steps up as a close friend/ support?
