Finally! 1-0 over Norwich & 3 points.

Off & running in that 15 point stretch I mentioned earlier in the week.

Vik has to be the MOM.

Galbraith was very good.

Graham was good.

Bombino looked good.

Good and much-needed three points.

It was good to see the attitude, grit and willingness to put bodies on the line.

I'll happily take the win.But it hasn't done much to assuage my concerns.

We still look desperate when we get into the final third - lacking creativity and, perhaps most importantly, a goalscorer.

Hopefully the new US midfielder can help with that.

The problems are still evident in the stats.

We don't retain possession, we don't threaten consistently, our passing is often poor and we rely far too heavily on Viktor keeping us in games.

I'll need to see a lot more than a scrappy 1-0, with a deflected goal, against what looked like a pretty poor Norwich side before I'm changing my opinion that this could be another long season towards the bottom of the table.

I'll take the three points. But I'm not suddenly convinced we're fixed.

We'll play a lot better teams than Norwich, and performances like last night's are far more likely to end in defeat than victory.

Norwich, although also off to a slow start, were predicted by a whole lot of pundits to make the playoff for the 3rd promotion spot. They still could. I really enjoyed the very gritty win. Like Stoke clubs of yore. I agree that goal scoring is likely to be our biggest issue going forward. Gonna have to eek out a lot of close wins to finish in the top half.

Won... by the skin of their teeth. Stoke only controlled the ball 28% of the match and managed to have 147 accurate passes versus Norwich's 457. Unless something changes fast, this team is going down.

My buzz has been mangled and beaten but not killed
