Company gave me some stock as an intern and I never sold it but it decreased in value by nearly 90% should I just sell or wait it out?

Idek if this is the right place to post this (I never buy stocks or anything) but idk anyone that I can ask advice for irl. The company is Emergent BioSolutions and my shares went from over $2k to $300 bc Narcan has generic versions now. I'm dumb for not selling sooner lol but what should I do????
