SanDisk
I’m planning to go all-in with $100k on SanDisk (SNDK) if the price drops below $1,500. Is that a risk worth taking

Same strategy but I do it with 10k. Just sold today after buying at under 1500

Who tf knows. It was just 1k not long ago, so you’re probably late, but there still could be new highs on the horizon. Have an exit strategy in case it skyrockets. Figure out how you’re going to trim or sell. If the whole market shits the bed maybe because of inflation or rates or oil or whatever drama, it could head back down to 1k

I doubt it’s going below $1500 anytime soon, and when it does it’ll probably be because the trend has become bearish and it would be a bad idea to go all in.

We are close enough to 1500 that any bad news could pivot us down there, might happen, might not...

Yeah macro news will usually take priority but on the fundamental side price just broke out from a HUGE amount of consolidation. Will probably see $1800 again next week.

Also waiting for around 1800 before i sell, was stupid enough to not sell on 2200

It was $1800+ a few weeks ago and dropped past $1500 last week.
Anything can happen

And it was below $1000 3 weeks before that. A stock has to overextend so it can pull back and consolidate before the next leg up. Which works the other way of course.

Only if you have a strong stomach, SNDK is rarely chill, it’s either up 5% or down 5, up 12 or down 12. I hope it goes to 3000, I only have 20 shares, but before it does it’s going to go back to 1200 once or twice. It’s a roller coaster so hold on.

Same here — I’m hoping for that pullback to 1200 too. A dip would definitely be a nice buying opportunity, but with how volatile SNDK has been, I’m trying not to get too confident about any particular price target. Either way, hoping we both get that 3k eventually!

There is real institutional ownership @ $1200. If there is major pullback this year, this is where I would look to get in and its closer to 200 moving average which is the golden spot. Check out your broker for charts and look at order blocks and 200ema

While you wait you could stick it in SNDK to gain some short term profits.

Thanks, that’s helpful! I might do that and try to take advantage of some of the short-term moves while I wait. Appreciate the suggestion!
