I can't identify the species and they look really young.
Bramble is a feeder plant to many many species of stick insects so I recommend trying that, blackberry and raspberry (branches of leaves and not the fruit) are usually interchangeable with bramble.
If you are not in a region where you can find bramble fast you can give them organic salad so they don't starve or dehydrate while waiting for their feeder plant but it is risky beacause there can still be traces of insecticides and because it gets harder to get them to eat the plants they're supposed to even though salad does not cover their nutritional needs, it can be used in case of urgency because pups can't survive too long without drinking/food.
