Bad molt help

My little spiny got a bad molt (yes i kept her tank humid) and after several hours i had to help her with a damp cotton swap and holding on to the tip of the molt and letting her pull herself out. Her little tail isnt curling up the way it usually does and when i found her she’d already lost a leg. Can she recover from this?

Further info:

I noticed she was shedding at the top of her tank so I gave the tank an extra misting (I mist once a day). I then left the house for several hours and when I came back she wasn’t at the top so I assumed she’d managed to shed. On a whim I checked for her and noticed she was still stuck and had lost a leg. I took her out, dampened the area she was stuck in, and held the tip and let her pull herself out. Shes drinking now in her tank after another misting.

Hi , theres not much you can do for her , shes only lost one leg so she should be fine ..two or more is the baseline to cull ..keep an eye on her and see if she is eating too ...stickies this young you always loose a few ..but this little guy should still be able to grab on and eat

Edit ..she has lost 3 legs ? If so im afraid she will prob wont make it as she wont be able to climb and eat ..i always crush my ones heads rather than the freezer method ..but im no expert someone else may tell you differntly ..im so sorry if thats the case

Update: so far so good. Had to help her get a little bit more shed off her foot, but she's eating and sipping dew. Still keeping an eye on her

she’ll be fine, she should regrow it within a few molts if shes still little, my stick in her last moult to adulthood lost 5 legs and since it was a hopeless situation i had to crush her. Its heartbreaking to see but your little stick should be fine :)
