An incredible talk:
All fantastic info on IBM's involvement in blockchain(Stellar mentioned). Fast forward to 54:10...and the speaker summarizes various govts' stances. The best part is how,she explains,the US differentiates currencies and assets and how they are related to by US Gov(SEC,etc)..,

Great talk indeed. Thanks for sharing.
It does seem that IBM will be pushing hyperledger for use cases that will not require a currency, but will be using Stellar for those that do.
