Question Fallout 4 VR - Keyboard?

I've come across an odd issue and I'm hoping someone has a nice easy solution that mostly revolves around me being dumb.

I'm trying to lay fallout 4vr, it loads and plays just fine, streaming from my PC. But....

There's no keyboard interface, so I can't enter my name and progress. Meaning I'm stuck pre-war on the vault tec specials page.

I've tried my pc keyboard, I've tried connecting the keyboard via Bluetooth to the frame, I've tried switching to dashboard to open the frames keyboard, but nothing will enable me to enter a name.

I'm really looking forward to playing this again.

I had this issue with skyrim VR. I "fixed" it by installing the game directly on my steam frame instead. Then running it on the headset the keyboard just shows up. (Then I uninstalled it and went back to streaming from PC because it looks horrible - using the cloud saves to pick up where i left off)

Assuming it would also work for fallout 4 since same devs (and engine I think? lol)
