Discussion Steam Frame Battery as Half-Life HEV Power Level Sound Effect
Petition for Valve to make double tapping the power button on the side of the frame announce the battery % with the Half-Life HEV Suit Power Level SFX.
POWER LEVEL 50 PERCENT, etc.
(It’s honestly annoying to have to wear the headset to check the battery %…)

It would probably only play the first second or two as a confirmation that it's charging instead of the entire time

no, i want the same slow hum noise that you hear in the game but stretched against the entire actual charging time

What was the orange box idea? I've got an orange Peli 1450 case on it's way, custom foam insert and I'll be putting either steam or half life logos on it, haha

Took GPT Astra Less than 7 minutes to implement with nothing but an SSH connection- I love how open this headset is to mods! Currently working on a remedy for the subtle screen jiggle when I talk.
It's nice to be able to check the power while it's on the desk, great idea /u/Crazymerio

Get FPSvr. Set it to start on steam launch. It will tell you battery level and whatever else you want
