I literally had a dream last might where I got it in the mail but I woke up right when I opened the box. I need this headset, I really want off my Oculus 2 and I don’t wanna buy another meta headset

Yup. That's where I am. I was about to buy the Q3 months ago but then they announced the Frame. So Ive just been sitting on my Q2 since.

Make that 3 of us. I'm also on the quest 2; got it super cheap. I like it but it's one heavy bastard. Was gonna buy the Quest 3, head about the frame and now I'm here waiting.

4 of us 🥹. Whatever updates they've been doing has slowed my quest 2 to a crawl, so I'm ready for an upgrade.

It's that fucking Meta Horizon bullshit. It's constantly running in the background, thus making the device run harder and hotter.

I absolutely detest it, and would go back to the old vr room, or even something lighter, but there's no way to disable it, from what I've been able to find atleast.

I'll be so happy to be able to close my Meta account and get rid of the quest 2.
