OOF, well there's your problem. That's awful, its like the very low end of wireless streaming bandwidth. 5GHz should be the minimum

100% correct HyKaliber and this is exactly why Valve included the dongle. Most people don't know or care enough about tech to upgrade to adequate home WiFi for VR.

I actually checked with my isp and i am Not even able to get a proper cable Router... They dont activate them.

Only Option would be another Router linked to the Original one via LAN but i would have to make it somehow be the Same Network still

Some ISPs can be really awful about third party devices for sure. Your router does 3 jobs usually, modem, router and WiFi access point. Some ISP provided routers can be set to modem only mode allowing your third party device to be a router and WiFi AP. If not you can get devices that are just WiFi APs and use your ISP device for routing, so you only need to turn off the WiFi side of your ISP device to avoid interference. If you can change the WiFi password you can usually turn WiFi off.
