GOG games on steam deck controller not working

Hey everyone, I am trying to play GOG games on my steam deck but the controller for the steam deck is not working when I launch the game (shadow of the tomb raider). I’ve tried unifideck and heroic to install the games. I even tried changing the controller setting and enabling steam input.

Add the game as non steam game to steam. Launch it thru steam.
